I am the founder of Natural Choice Health Care and have been practicing as a naturopathic physician since 1994. I graduated with highest distinction from the University of Regina in Saskatchewan Canada majoring in Biochemistry. I then graduated with honors from National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1993. I pursued Naturopathy out of my own desire to understand how to create and instill health in myself and in others. As a result I have built my practice around ensuring each patient understands their condition and has a personal strategy to permanently change their present state of health.

My specialty lies in the digestive tract, but I see patients for many conditions including: depression, anxiety, female problems, sleep disorders, asthma, diabetes, obesity, autism, ADHD, multiple chemical and food sensitivities, in addition to others. My approach relies upon the bodies innate healing capacity and a belief that if all obstacles are removed and the correct nutritional balance is created the body will naturally attempt to heal itself.

As a medical and lifestyle education assistant, Edna Ness will assist you with many of your health needs and clinical questions. She administers the UltraLite diet program, delivers many of the treatments that the physician at Natural Choice Health Care prescribes, and performs some of the medical tests. Edna also plays a key role in educating and encouraging patients in the dietary and lifestyle changes being recommended by the doctors. She is excited to participate in your health care plan.

Kimberly Stevens is an integral part of our team. She graciously greets our patients and assists them with their scheduling, insurance and billing concerns. In addition, she will ensure that all of your questions are answered by facilitating communication between you and the physician. She is eager to meet you and support you with your health needs.
